The Farm
Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes are organically grown, vine-ripened and harvested in Yolo County, Northern California. Long summer days and fertile soil produce these very unique & delicious tomatoes. Within hours of harvest, the tomatoes are hand-selected, peeled and canned.
The Chef
Chris Bianco is the co-founder of Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes and known as one of the best pizza chefs in America. Chris is a James Beard award-winning chef and founder of the critically acclaimed Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix, Arizona, which now has seven locations across California & Arizona.Our Values
Chris has spent his career building relationships with farmers and artisans, and his tomatoes connect all the dots—which is why we picked them. Absolutely delicious hummus, and the pita is outstanding.
