We’ve spent the past ten days listening, learning and protesting. We’re so proud that our city showed up and made it clear that black lives matter.
The work is just starting, and while we’re still figuring out the best way to move forward, we want to announce what we’ve decided so far:
First, our entire leadership team will go through quarterly anti-racism training. Second, we are forming an equity committee, comprised of team members at every level of the organization to inform best practices. And lastly, we’re offering all team members paid time off for civic engagement and access to our platform to amplify their voices.
We’re honored to call DC home, and we’re doubling down on our commitment to create a nurturing space to serve the entire community.
