Green Goddess Salad Hummus Bowl by Carolina Gelen

Salad Ingredients

1 container Little Sesame Green Goddess Hummus

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped arugula

1/2 cup chopped snap peas

1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Dressing Ingredients

1 jalapeño, roughly chopped

1 green onion, roughly chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

1 garlic clove

Olive oil, as needed to blend

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons Little Sesame Green Goddess Hummus

Preparation

  1. Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Spread the remaining hummus from the container onto the base of your plate.
  3. In a bowl, toss celery, arugula, snap peas, and chickpeas with the dressing. Season with salt as needed.
  4. Spoon the salad over the swooped hummus.
  5. Warm up some pita, scoop generously, and enjoy every bite.
