Salad Ingredients
1 container Little Sesame Green Goddess Hummus
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped arugula
1/2 cup chopped snap peas
1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Dressing Ingredients
1 jalapeño, roughly chopped
1 green onion, roughly chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove
Olive oil, as needed to blend
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons Little Sesame Green Goddess Hummus
Preparation
- Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Spread the remaining hummus from the container onto the base of your plate.
- In a bowl, toss celery, arugula, snap peas, and chickpeas with the dressing. Season with salt as needed.
